Booking Terms & Conditions
You must be at least 18 years of age to book/enter an agreement with Arctic Gourmet Cabin. Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation. No excursions or other meals are included in the room price.
All prices include taxes.
Check-in are available from 15.00 (3pm)
Check-out are available until 11.00 (11am)
Payment
Credit card info are stored securely when the booking is made by Stripe to guarantee the booking. The stored card will be charged in case of cancellation. Otherwise all payment is taken care of onsite, by the card chosen by you then. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and JCB.
Cancellation conditions
Standard rate
Reservations with arrival date between 1st of April to 30 November are free to cancel until 8 days before arrival, cancellations within 7 days before arrival is charged with 100% of the bookings total amount.
Reservations with arrival date between 1st of December to 31st of March applies to the following conditions:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the booking's total amount.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the bookings total amount.
- COVID-19: cancellation can be made up to a week prior to arrival at no cost if national travel restrictions stop you from travelling here.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself and your investment in your vacation when the unexpected happens. We recommend travel insurance that includes Trip Cancellation and Delay plus Medical Coverage.

Additional information
Many activities are outdoors, next to open fire, etc, which might ware and tear on the outer clothing. ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN is not obliged to compensate any damage to your private clothes.
Clients are required to inform us of any health problems, allergies, and physical limitations ahead of time to allow our staff to prepare for your visit. Special dietary requests and needs must be notified in writing in advance of arrival.
Your obligations as a guest/visitor
- Remember that the address and contact details you provide us with when making a booking are our only way of contacting you, please check it carefully.
- Please read your confirmation carefully and check that all dates/times and products/services are booked according to your requirements. If not, please contact us at ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN immediately.
- Follow any rules and instructions that applies to the use of accommodation, transfer, activity, etc. You are liable for all damage that is result of your or your company's careless behavior to ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN property and its furnishings.
- If complaints regarding troublesome behavior are directed at you or your company, ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN has the right to evict you and your company from our accommodation if the behavior has not been corrected after being notified.
- If you have any complaints, turn to our staff for assistance so that any misunderstandings may be resolved during your stay.
Complaints/disputes
Any errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately to the staff at ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN. If you have not reported any complaints or errors during your stay and therefore neglected to give ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN the opportunity to correct any mistakes, you can not demand any compensation afterwards. If you are not satisfied with your compensation, you have to notify ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN in writing within 14 days from arriving home. If we can not come to an agreement, you may turn to appropriate authority in your country for assistance.
Privacy
The personal data you provide us submit ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN will be treated with the utmost care and respect. We handle personal data submitted to us in accordance with GDPR. Personal data includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. See our Privacy policy for more information.
Force Majeure
Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers control, and that prevents the contract to be fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed air ports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.

ARCTIC GOURMET CABIN reserves the right to change times, prices, payment, booking or discount conditions at will. Prices for coming seasons are always preliminary and are subject to change.
