Welcome to join us in Johan’s studio!

We offer set menues with local specialitys such as reindeer, moose, Arctic char and whitefish as well as berries we pick in the forest just next to the cabins. The menues varies from day to day and with the seasons, trying to make use of what's best at the moment. We use only the best ingredients, with the base in organic products, as well as local produced.

The restaurant was the smallest we have ever been in and the food was something else! Outstanding is an understatement! There wasn’t a choice, like a menu, so you would have to make sure you passed on any dietry requirements when you booked. Johan, the owner/amazing chef, does check if you are happy with his food suggestion before he cooks just to be sure all is fine.....
